Getting Started
DevXio is a business-intelligence platform for Amazon sellers. It connects to your Seller Central account and pulls your profit, ads, inventory, and listing data into one dashboard, with XioPilot layered on top to flag issues and opportunities before they cost you money.
Click "Get a Free Trial" anywhere on the site, sign up with your email, then connect your Amazon Seller Central account when prompted. You'll start seeing data on your dashboard shortly after connecting.
Most sellers are up and running in a few minutes — creating your account and authorizing the Amazon connection is the whole process. Historical data may take a little longer to finish importing depending on your catalog size.
Yes. Click "Get a Free Trial" in the header to start — no credit card pressure, just connect your account and explore the dashboard.
Amazon Account & Setup
From your DevXio dashboard, go to Account Settings → Connect Amazon, and follow Amazon's own authorization screen (this uses Amazon's official Selling Partner API, so you're logging in directly with Amazon, never sharing your password with DevXio).
DevXio supports the standard Amazon Seller Central marketplaces reachable through the Selling Partner API. If you sell in a specific marketplace and aren't sure it's supported, reach out through the Contact form and we'll confirm.
Yes — DevXio only requests the specific data scopes needed to power your dashboard and predictions (orders, listings, ads, inventory), and never asks for your Amazon password. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what's accessed, why, and how long it's retained.
Yes. You can revoke DevXio's access from your Amazon Seller Central account permissions at any time, or disconnect it directly from your DevXio Account Settings — either one immediately stops any further data access.
XioPilot & Predictions
XioPilot is DevXio's AI layer — it watches your business data continuously and surfaces predictions like upcoming stockouts, margin drops, listing issues, and ad spend anomalies before they become real problems.
XioPilot's predictions are advisory, not guarantees — they're based on patterns in your historical account data, and accuracy generally improves the longer your account is connected and the more order history it has to learn from.
Things like inventory reorder timing, unexpected margin or profit drops, ad spend inefficiencies, and listing-level issues that could affect sales — see the Features section on the homepage for the full list of modules.
Yes, individual prediction modules can be toggled on or off from your dashboard settings if you only want to focus on certain areas of your business.
Billing & Plans
See the Pricing section on the homepage for current plans and what's included in each. If you're not sure which plan fits your business, reach out through the Contact form and we'll help you pick.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Account Settings → Billing at any time — there's no long-term lock-in.
Refund requests are handled case by case — message us through the Contact form with your account email and we'll take a look. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Method to update your card on file. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
First, confirm your Amazon connection is still active under Account Settings — a revoked or expired authorization is the most common cause. Data can also lag by a few hours depending on when Amazon's API last synced; if it's been longer than a day, contact support.
XioPilot's predictions are based on patterns in your data and won't always be perfect, especially for newer accounts with limited order history. If a prediction looks clearly off, let us know through the Contact form — real examples help us improve the models.
Try a password reset from the login screen first. If you connected via Google or Apple sign-in, use that same option instead of a password. Still stuck? Contact support with the email address on your account.
Email support@devxio.com directly and describe what happened (what you submitted and when) — we'll investigate and get back to you.
Security & Privacy
Your Amazon account data is used only to power your own dashboard and predictions — it isn't used to train models shared across other sellers' accounts or sold to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
No. DevXio does not sell seller data. See the Privacy Policy for exactly which limited third parties (like hosting and email delivery) process data on our behalf, and why.
Read it in full at our Privacy Policy page, linked in the footer of every page.
Request account deletion through the Contact form or by emailing support@devxio.com from your account's email address — we'll confirm and process the deletion per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
